Bucknell University’s Department of Economics invites interested candidates to apply for a Visiting Assistant Professor position in economics, beginning in the fall semester of 2023. The successful candidate will be capable of teaching principles of economics, macroeconomics, and econometrics.
The teaching load for this position is 6 courses per year. The university sponsors a range of activities to support the development of all of its faculty, including a Teaching and Learning Center offering workshops on best teaching practices. The department supports visitors via mentoring, sharing of course materials, and job search assistance. We are especially interested in candidates whose teaching and research will contribute to the department’s commitment to pluralism, diversity, and academic excellence.

This position is a full-time, 10-month, benefits-eligible, non-tenure-track faculty position.
