Bucknell University seeks to hire a one-year visiting assistant professor in English specializing in creative writing: fiction at a 3/3 load. Candidates must have the ability to teach fiction at beginning and advanced levels. The ability to teach introductory screenwriting is strongly desirable. This position will begin in August 2021.

We seek an outstanding faculty member with a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate creative work, student learning, diversity, and inclusive pedagogy. MFA or Ph.D. and teaching experience along with a strong record of fiction publication required. We welcome applications from members of groups that have been historically underrepresented in higher education.
