This Administrative Assistant role will provide high-level, essential support for the College of Engineering’s Associate Dean for Students and Strategic Initiatives and secondarily for the Associate Dean for Research and Innovation, the ENGR 100 course coordinator and faculty. This position involves frequent student-faculty-parent contact and assistance, and a thorough knowledge of the engineering curricula. This role requires a thorough working knowledge of many University programs, systems, policies, and procedures; an understanding of course materials; and the ability to collect and analyze enrollment statistics. This is a full-time, 12 month, non-exempt, benefits eligible position.
