Program Assistant Lewisburg, PA
The Program Assistant for Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) provides support to the daily operation of the CCM office based at the Newman House, Bucknell University’s home for Catholic Life. This position will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the day-to-day operations of the program. The Program Assistant will work under the direction of the Chaplain for the Catholic Community and the Assistant Catholic Minister for the Catholic Community in collaboration with our student-run Catholic Campus Ministry organization (CCM). Catholic Campus Ministry reports to the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and is a part of the Diversity and Inclusion team within the Division of Student Affairs. This is a full-time ten-month position and includes some weekend and evening work.

Director, Stewardship and Donor Relations Lewisburg, PA
Bucknell University seeks applications for an experienced professional to serve as Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations. In June 2017 the University celebrated the successful conclusion of its largest comprehensive campaign, raising $513 million from nearly 45,000 donors. The Director will play an integral role in building on this success by executing a comprehensive stewardship and recognition strategy that advances the goals of the university and strategically stewards donors at all stages of the giving lifecycle and across Bucknell’s primary gift designations (annual fund, endowment and facilities). Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development & Alumni Relations, the person filling this position will be a senior member of the development team and will have the opportunity to partner across the division and the university as Bucknell embarks on a strategic planning process that will inform our fundraising goals moving forward. Based in Lewisburg, this is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs Lewisburg, PA
The Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs (AD), is a twelve-month live-in appointment. The AD’s responsibilities encompass direct advisement of the Interfraternity Council, including council and chapter officers for member organizations. Additionally, the AD will assume responsibilities related to residential living and provide supervision to the housing student staff (Peer Advisers) in Hunt Hall—home of the Panhellenic Association sororities. The AD will collaboratively lead in the design and execution the office’s signature programs that address leadership, student health/safety, risk management, hazing prevention, and community recognition. This is a full-time, 12 month, exempt, benefits eligible position.
Animal Caretaker Lewisburg, PA
Bucknell University seeks applicants for two (2) part-time Animal Caretakers.  These positions will be responsible for the monitoring and care of animals and supports the Biology, Psychology, Animal Behavior, and Neuroscience Programs.  These positions report to the Chair of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and will work in coordination with other animal caretakers.  These are part-time, limited benefits eligible positions that will generally scheduled to work 20 hours per week.

The division of Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Records and Gift Processing Assistant. The Assistant works in the Advancement Services office that provides the infrastructure for DAR including database management, reporting, gift and biographical records management, and online and technical solutions. As part of this team, this person will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a thorough procedural knowledge of gift and biographic data entry in the advancement database. To be considered, the candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in data entry and associated maintenance, reporting and data file manipulation as detailed in the minimum qualifications.
